Dear Free Thinker, Taboos change over time, depending on the tight noose of law and social pressure. Blood incest is still one of the universal taboos that evolved because of good reasons, the increase of genetic diseases. Others are pretty hard-wired because they repulse/disgust most people: necrophilia, eating/playing with excrement, cannibalism. Many become normal practices as society evolves. Breaking taboos cause adrenaline rushes -ask anyone who’s had an elicit affair. An exercise with your partner -make a hierarchy of risqué, not really too taboo taboos, and in the secrecy of your abode, indulge. Begin with the least anxiety producing one that has a big climax. -SQ
