Dear Suze, I love my new marriage, but lately my husband’s been touching me or resting his hand on me during the night. It wakes me up and pisses me off. I’m grouchy without a good night’s sleep, but I’m afraid to tell him of my stupid problem.
Dear Touched, Have you tried removing his hand? Sometimes, it’s as simple as that. If not, explain to him that he’s waking you during the night, and while you love the intimacy, then is not the time. Once he’s aware of the problem, it’s probably easy to agree on a loving solution. -SQ
