Dear Curious. America is moving to legalize magic mushrooms nationwide. While retail sale of psilocybin is still illegal, Colorado state law changed this month, in March, 2025 so that paying customers can indulge in an environment supervised by someone holding both a state and local license. I guess field and stream could be an environment, and a “yogi” with the correct licenses could be a supervisor. Inform your fiancée! Verify the legal regs so no one lands in jail, and trust your guide so no one has a bad trip. -SQ
