Dear Suze Q, My new wife and 19 y.o. son argued after she protested about the high price of eggs. My kid defends Trump because “he’s a straight shooter and says what he means.” My son has a P.T. job, is in college, but lives at home. He pays the insurance out of his college fund on the car we brought him. Other than that, he doesn’t pay anything and is clueless about the cost of eggs, the cost of losing Ukraine to Russia, or electing Trump who doesn’t mean what he says. How to make peace?
