New Year’s Resolution, or Not

Dear Suze Q. My doctor told me to lose weight, or my health will continue to go to shit.

According to the Mayo Clinic and other experts, to lose weight, lifestyle changes are mandatory, -more exercise and healthy foods, as well as a support team to keep you on track and help when you falter. Plan your actions, then act your plan. Be honest, resilient, and realistic throughout or don’t bother. -SQ
