The Three S's to Reduce Anxiety

Hi Suz, I've had several dates with a lovely woman, but I get so anxious. I second guess what I want to say, I daydream about the future, I overthink my answers so I sound like a damn encyclopedia. Luckily, she laughs and tells me to relax. Tips to mellow out?

Follow the three S's. #1 Stay in the moment. Say and do what feels natural and good. (Within reason, darling. Don't strip in public or pee in the bush). Have fun. #2 Stay connected. She reaches for your hand but you're afraid because yours is too sweaty. Take her damn hand -hers may be too. Make eye contact and facial expressions often -laugh and smile. #3 Stay real. Don't exaggerate or lie (even by omission). If she doesn't like the real you, better to learn it now than to learn it later.  -SQ
