Dear Nudies, You have a “right to privacy” in your own home that can clash with “public indecency or exposure" laws if you’re clearly visible to the public. The key is whether you took reasonable steps to ensure your privacy versus blatant exposure intended to offender observers. It’s a tricky dick question.
