Dear Unhappy, The marriage was a mistake, and infidelity was too. Decision time. Talk honestly with your wife; seek counseling if you want to stay together. If not, call it quits now. The affair is just a bridge since you're half-way out of the marriage. Six months is not considered a long-term marriage in most states so you may owe no spousal support.
