Dear COA, Conflict, confrontation, debate have the bad rap -meaning win or lose, but they really mean “differences.” Discuss how you see the different sides of an argument, and how it can be win-win. It’s a teachable moment and a worthy life-lesson of how to be assertive rather than avoidant. Inherent in conflict is creative thinking. -SQ
