Dear Shocked, Not only is it normal but it’s good hygiene. Women are notorious for having urinary tract infections (UTIs) when bacteria accumulates in the urethra (the thin tubes that carry urine), but men get these painful infections too. Just like women wipe to dry off after peeing, men have a drop or two at the end of their stream, medically called “post void dribble” that shaking or squeezing the penis from the base to the tip doesn’t quite eliminate. They need to dry their penis including pulling back the foreskin if uncircumcised so bacteria doesn’t grow into an infection. Added bonus: wiping 🧻 saves your underwear from that eau de urine perfume stink.-SQ
