DEAR READERS: There was lots of interest in yesterday’s blog about dream programming. I recommend you do your own research, but here are the basics. 1) pick a specific detail you want to learn to program, example- kissing someone. 2) just as you begin to fall asleep, concentrate on this detail. This brief window of time between awake and asleep is a natural altered state of consciousness where reality and dreams mingle. Gently fondle yourself if you want increased relaxation. 3) if you wake during the night, concentrate on this same detail each time you fall back asleep. 4) when fully awake each morning, write down the 5 Ws of your dream (who, what, when, where, why -and how) and re-read your notes before each bedtime. 5) try this for one month. Don’t be surprised if you have a wet dream. -SQ
