Dearie, Only you can answer those questions honestly. You micro-cheated, -defined as emotionally focused on someone who isn't your partner, and doing or communicating with another person things that your partner cannot know 100% because it would hurt their feelings. "Friends" don't tongue, so your ex has made her intentions clear. Your next step will determine if you are unfaithful and violate the trusted vow of exclusivity.
