Dear not BJB, Many augmented breast enlargements are for sale: saline implants may feel like water balloons, show wrinkling, and collapse and leak without harm; silicone implants feel like semisolid gel, won’t collapse but could require regular MD visits to assure proper functioning; “gummy bear” implants (teardrop shaped) may rotate into quirky shapes; round, smooth, or textured implants; and others. Be wary of bust enhancing voodoo like pills, or exercises. Breast lifts will not increase your bust size but will correct drooping breasts to the smaller, pert tits of your youth. Do your homework.
