Dear S.Q. I decided to stay overnight with a guy I’ve dated for a while. Sex has been great and we got along fabulously UNTIL he invited his Aussie to sleep with us! Wonderful dog, but not as a bedmate -hot, big, and wants 1/2 the mattress. What now?
Dear What Now. 2 choices: (1) do it his way, or (2) do it your way. Your way →insist the dog sleeps elsewhere (the space next to your guy is now yours), or you go home (with or without your guy). Cool that he shares with his 4 legged buddy when he's alone, but practicality says the bed only fits two. Your guy sleeps with you when you're there, and Aussie-dog when you're not. (If you move in together, then would be the time to renegotiate). -SQ
