Tired of Stagnating

Dear Suze Q. After 30 years of marriage, I think I’m done.  I’ve never told my spouse I want a divorce but separate bedrooms and no real sex for years should make it obvious.  I feel like I’m running out of time and don’t want to waste another day stagnating. Your thoughts?  No go, Joe

Dear Joe, it’s not over until it is. Take a few months to see if there’s any future together, perhaps with a counselor who’s heard it all before.  You might rekindle your lost intimacy, or not, but at least she won’t be blindsided if you call it quits. -SQ
