Dear Suze Q. I’m sure my wife’s cheating again. We barely survived her affair years ago when the kids were little. One graduates HS in June and the other’s away at college. If she is, I’m done. The deceit will kill me. How should I plan?
Dear Planner, Treat this like a loved one’s death after a long illness. Cure it if possible, or plan the burial and your afterlife alone. Grieve, but be matter-of-fact in your actions: who moves out, what assets need divided, what about the kids? Like a surgeon, a well executed plan stops excessive bleeding. -SQ
