Dear Codger, Short of buying a cloned robot ($10K+), there is no substitute. This isn’t like replacing a goldfish. Any woman happy to be your partner should be insulted that you don’t want her for her own uniqueness. Rethink why you want to remarry: for companionship, get a dog; help with tasks/chores, get a housekeeper. To love again: get someone who knows and loves you the way you are, or change. If you’re too stubborn to change, you’re probably too ornery to love someone properly. -SQ
