Dear Uncle. If he delegates his parental responsibilities by parking the kids at grandma’s, and his intent is to bleed your sister dry, financially and emotionally, document your facts. Show a clear trail that his goal is money, not the kids. Family Court has specific rules and guidelines for the best interest of the child standard.
