Dear Suze, My married, 35-year-old son loved Legos as a kid, and his passion is back, along with building models. I’m thrilled with his life-long love of puzzles. All those early skills honed the perquisites he needed to be an engineer —persistence, attention to details and precision, and logic. For my birthday, he gave me a Lego wreath kit with LEDs, so cool.
Dear Lego Lover, The affectionate term for adults whose interests are still childlike is “kidult.” Check out board games, puzzles, and Legos for Adults kits (Statue of Liberty, Titanic, Star Wars, and H.P. Hogwarts). Indulge your inner child, your Peter Pan dreams, kiddos. Also, good clean fun for first dates or sprucing up stale relationships. -SQ
