Dear Suz, I’ve been dating a woman for 2 months. She can be calm or crazy (even when sober). One week she’s ok, then every night is dancing until the bar closes. Her emotions are all over the place but the sex is great. We have to go with what her mood dictates, not what I want to do. I’m exhausted and I wonder can she control herself if she wanted?
Dear Exhausted, Great ?. Her behaviors could be biologically driven and she should see her doctor(s) for diagnosis and possibly medication. Medical assistance can greatly help people with mood disorders (and wide swings of emotions). Other reasons for her unpredictable behavior are many and varied and best left to professional to figure out. Enjoy your fun but beware of having the life sucked out of you from sheer fatigue. -SQ
