Dear Suze, I jumped way outside my comfort zone and I'm stressed with conflicting feelings. I'm single, in great shape, and don't look nearly my 54 years. I spent the weekend with a guy 18 years younger and we enjoyed the hell out of each other. Now I feel some shame that I can't shake.
Dear Can't Shake. Try harder to see this as a good time and nothing more. The saying, "A lady in the streets, and freak in the sheets," is the fantasy of many men (and women). We grew up with social rules that still enslave us, where women were chaste and pure, and men were allowed to be sexual animals. Total crap. You're single, so be free. Do what you want, just don't hurt anyone. -SQ
